Originally from Canada and now residing in the UK, Mariam is a teacher and trainer with a strong background in both Qur’anic and Islamic Studies Education.

She obtained a diploma in Arabic Language with first-class honours from Umm Al-Qura University in Mecca; she also completed an intensive Tajweed course at Dar Al Huda Institute in Jeddah, KSA.

She has over 5 years of experience teaching in Islamic institutions.

Ustadah Mariam has also recently graduated from Al-Madinah Islamic University of Malaysia, where she gained a BA in Islamic Sciences.
